AI never names 83% of local businesses

We checked 1,284 businesses in Phoenix across five local industries against ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. 83.3% were never named by any of the four. Reviews went furthest in Phoenix: only 33% of businesses with 1,000+ Google reviews were never named, the lowest of the five cities. Even so, 83.3% of all businesses were.
